Products Needed:
3 cups wheat flour 2/3 lb (300 gm) margarine 1 egg 4/5 cup water 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vinegar or dissolved citric acid

Directions: Dice butter or margarine, blend with flour and cut with a knife, add salted water, citric acid or vinegar, and egg and knead dough. Shape a ball, cover it with a cloth and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Then roll the dough out and shape patties, pastries, tartlets, rolls and buns.
