Thaw frozen squids in the air, wash well. Plunge in salted boiling water, taking 2 quarts (2 liters) water and 2 teaspoons for 2 pounds (1 kg) squids. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Chop peeled garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
Grate cheese coarsely, add shredded boiled squids and cucumber, chopped eggs, chopped greens and mayonnaise with garlic. Stir well. Put in a salad bowl and garnish with greens.
