3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
4/5 cup water
1/2 oz (15 gm) gelatin
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and melt it over water bath.

Dissolve sugar in water, bring to a boil, skim foam and cook down till coarse bubbles apper on the surface of the syrup. Whisk the chilled egg whites into stiff foam, continuing whisking pour the hot syrup in the egg whites in thin stream and blend the mass with the prepared gelatin.
