Products Needed:
1 cup wheat flour for pastry and 4 tsp for cream 1/3 lb (150 g) butter 2 tbsp sugar for pastry and 2 tbsp for cream 1 egg for pastry and 3 for cream 1 tbsp cream for pastry and 1 1/4 cup for cream 1 lb (450 g) strawberries 2 oz (50 g) chocolate 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions: Pastry: beat up butter with sugar, add eggs and cream, mix. Add flour, mix quickly and cool for an hour.
Roll out the pastry 0.1 inch (3 mm) thick, put on a greased baking form, pierce with a fork and keep for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Bake over 200oC until golden brown and cool.
Brush bottom of the pie with melted chocolate.
Mix the cream, flour, sugar, yolks, and boil in a water bath constantly stirring until thicken. Cool and add beaten egg whites.
Halve strawberries, put on the bottom of the pie, coat with prepared mixture. Sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon and bake for another 3-5 minutes. Let cool.
