Rinse apples, remove the core and slice. Put in a buttered and floured baking form.
Pound eggs, adding sugar little by little, and beat until the sugar dissolves. Add flour at the end, mix quickly and pour upon apples.
Bake for 20 minutes over 410oF (210oC)
Put the pie on a dish and cool.
