Миллион меню традиционной русской кухни
1/3 lb (130 g) boiled tongue
1/3 lb (130 g) field mushrooms
1 cucumber
2 tbsp green peas
1/3 cup walnuts
1 boiled egg
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 orange
2 tbsp vegetable oil
lettuce
ground black ground pepper
salt
Directions:
Boil tongue (see the recipe) and cut into stripes.

Slice field mushrooms, saute, and let cool.

Slice cucumbers.

Toss tongue, cucumbers, mushrooms, kidney peas and chopped nuts, dress with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Put the salad on lettuce leaves pyramid-shaped, decorate with egg and orange slices.
