Pastry: beat margarine, add flour, mayonnaise and salt, mix well.
Roll out pastry into a flat cake and bake for 15 minutes over 340oF (170oC).
Saute onion and vegetable marrow until golden brown, add minced meat, and fry all together until ready. Salt, pepper, and season with ketchup.
Put the meat paste on hot pastry. Put cottage cheese mixed with eggs thereon, sprinkle with red pepper and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
