Cut part of long loaf into stripes 0.1-0.6 inch (0.2–1.5 cm) and dry them at room temperature (it’s better to do it the day before).
Salt filleted poultry, moisten it in eggs, crumb with dried crusts, made of the long loaf, and fry at 320 ° F (160 °С) for 12-15 min at both sides in a red-hot frying pan with butter until golden brown. Reduce the heat and cook until ready.
Slice canned fruits, add berries, cover with syrup, and cook through.
Slice the rest of the long loaf without crusts schnitzel-shaped and fry in butter.
Put fried bread on a plate, cover it with the schnitzel, and decorate with fruits and butter when serving. Garnish with fries, fresh vegetables, and canned maize or green peas, cooked in butter. Adorn with parsley.
