Products Needed:
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
5 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
4 cups wheat flour
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:

Whisk eggs with sugar, add sour cream, flour, soda and knead the dough. Roll out the dough, cut into rhombuses, make score in each rhombus and turn out.

Fry the straws in a large amount of oil until golden.

When serving, season the straws with powdered sugar.
