Make douygh of flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt and oil, let it stay in warm place for fermentation, covered. Knock it down twice while staying. When knocking doen the second time, add grated zest and lemon juice and let rise again.
Shape buns of the dough, put in greased baking tray, brush with sweet tea, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and let sit unril rise. Than place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes over moderate heat.
Serve the buns with tea.
