Products Needed:
1 lb fish 7 oz bread 2-3 tbsp breadcrubms 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 lemons dill greens black pound pepper, salt to taste

Directions: Soak bread in water, press. Mince fish fillet with the bread, add salt, pepper, starch and stir up.
Shape cutlets and cover them with breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets in oil until brown crusts.
Garnish the cutlets with crumbly rice or fried potatoes. Top the dish with greens and lemon slices.
