Skin tomatoes, cut into halves, reserve oozed juice.
Mix mayonnaise with tomato juice, crushed garlic, cottage cheese and chopped dill, add a dash of pepper and spread toasts with this mixture.
Put tomato halves on each toast and cover with grated cheese. Bake the toasts in an oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts, then garnish with cut olives and serve immediately.
