Rinse cherries, press juice and refrigerate. Add 1 ½ cup hot water to the cherry marc and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Strain, add sugar and stir until dissolves. Cool the mass down to 40C, add dissolved gelatin and bring to a boil. Add the juice, cool down.
Rinse oranges, cut into halves and remove pulp. Pour the jelly in the prepared orange “molds” and refrigerate until sets.
Before serving, cut the oranges with jelly into slices, Serve together with whip cream, garnish with mind leaves.
