Products Needed:
1/6 lb. cheese
6 anchovy
4 slices bread
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
salt to taste
white pepper, ground to taste
Directions:

Mince garlic, pour with oil for 10 minutes, then filter.

Cut off bread slice crusts. Cut bread into dices and fry in oil. Put fried bread on the paper. Cool.

Remove the liquid from anchovy, cut along. Shred the cheese.

Before serving, mix toasts, a half of cheese and anchovy. Dress with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Serve on lettuce leaves. Top with the remaining anchovy and cheese.
