Products Needed:
6 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups milk
a dash of vanilla sugar
*stir-ins to taste (optional)
Directions:

Mix eggs, sugar and salt in a saucepan, you can reduce or add amount of sugar and salt if desired. Add 2 cups of warm milk and stir up the mixture well. Place on a gas stove over very low heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for several minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly, remove from heat. Pour in remaining 2 cups of milk and vanilla, mix up. Pour the mixture in a jar, cover with a lid and refrigerate. Serve chilled, pouring in glasses. Garnish as you like. You can use versatile stir-ins — whip cream, chocolate flakes, spices, candies, ice-cream, etc.
