1 lb flesh beef
2 tbsp vinegar
salt, pound black pepper to taste
1 pickled cucumbers
1 tbsp capers
2 eggs
1 onion
2 red and green sweet peppers
1 tsp chive
3 tbsp pumpik or olive oil
Directions:
Slice beef.

To prepare the marinade, mix vinegar with pumpkin oil, salt and pepper. Mix minced cucumbers and capers with vinegar. Pour meat with prepared marinade for 15 minutes.

Cut boiled eggs into thin circles. Cut onion into thin rings. Cut pepper into thin half-rings.

Put marinated meat in 4 plates, put over sliced egg, onion and pepper. Bathe chive, dry and chop.

Season each salad portion with chive and serve with rye bread.

If desired, instead beef use sausage, smoked tongue or boiled ham.
