1 cup wheat flour 4 tbsp raisins 2 tsp rum a dollop of salt 4 egg yolks 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup cold milk 4 egg whites 4 tbsp olive oil powdered sugar | Directions: Bathe raisins in hot water, dry and sprinkle with rum. Mix flour with salt and sugar, dissolve with yolks and a dollop of milk. Whisk whites with the remaining sugar and add to the batter. Melt butter in the frying pan, pour the batter and add prepared raisins. Bake the omelet from one side, turn and bake the other side. Then tear the omelet into pieces and season with powdered sugar. |
