20 crackers
200 g mackerel
200 g butter
grated zest of 1 lemon
5 black olives pitted
black pepper to taste
greens
Directions:
Shred fish, using food processor, add butter, pepper, and whisk until the paste is fluffy.

Spread the paste onto crackers, using confectionary bag, and scatter with zest.

Garnish with quarters of black olives and greens.
