Using a cutter, cut circles out of baguette.

Combine cheese and whipped eggs, soy sauce and mustard, spread with the mix bread slices, and cover with bacon.

Bake toasts in an oven at 464 °F (240 °C), until bacon is crusty.

When serving, garnish with parsley greens.
