8 slices French bread
2 tins conserve tuna
1 garlic
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 onion
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cheese grated
black pepper ground to taste
greens
Directions:
Shred tuna using a fork, combine with finely chopped onion, mayonnaise, pepper, lemon juice. Let stand in a refrigerator for 2 hours.

Rub baguette slices with garlic, spread the mix atop and scatter with cheese. Bake in an oven at 428 °F (220 °C) until golden crust.

When serving, garnish with greens.
