1/2 lb (240 gm) mushrooms, salted or pickled
1 large carrot, boiled
2 red beet, boiled
2 potatoes, boiled
2 salted cucumbers
3 tbsp green peas
1 onion
greens for topping
6 tbsp vegetable oil
5 1/2 tbsp 3% vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt
peppercorn
Directions:
Mix vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, beat the mixture.

Dice boiled vegetables. Put red beet in a separate bowl and dress with the prepared sauce, let stay for 10 minutes without mixing with the rest if the vegetables to avoid discoloring.

Dice cucumbers and mushrooms, reserve a portion of mushrooms for topping.

Combine the prepared products with the sauce, stir and put in a salad bowl in heap. Top with mushrooms and greens.
