4 bananas, medium-sized
2 egg whites
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp butter
3 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
Rinse bananas, peel and mash with a fork.

Whisk the egg whites in a mixing bowl, adding lemon juice.

Add sugar to the banana puree, fold egg whites in, add lemon juice. Stir the mass up.

Put the prepared mass in a soufflé mold, garnish with beaten up egg white and bake until golden crisp.
