17.5 oz. potato
1 tin filetted salmon
4 eggs
1 onion
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In the food processor, blend cooked potato, onion, milk, salt, pepper, salmon and 4 egg yolks. Transfer into the greased baking form and cover with whisked egg whites. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with white wine and greens.
