Products Needed:
2 cups minced peaches
5 tbsp sugar for the dough and 3/4 cup for sauce
2 cups milk and 2 cups pasteurised milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup wheat flour
6 egg yolks
1 tsp lemon zest
almond and vanilla extracts, 1 tsp each
Directions:

Heat oven until 355°F. Season peaches with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Grease round mold, put in peaches.

MIx the remaining sugar with milk, eggs, flour and extracts. Then put the mass over peaches and bake for 45 minutes until done.

Serve the pie warm with sauce.

To prepare the sauce, whisk egg yolks with sugar in double cooker, then add milk step by step, cook stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Remove the sauce from the heat, add eztract and zest.
