Cook squashes for 3 minutes, then pour with cold water.
Chop carvel finely, pound coriander together with pepper and combine with the listed products and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil, cover and cook 10 minutes. Add squashes and cook for 10 minutes.
Lift squashes out, filter the marinade and cover the squashes again. Cool. When serving, garnish with carvel.
