Products Needed:
1/2 lb (225 gm) of noodles 1/2 lb (225 gm) of spinach onion 2 tbsp butter 2/3 cup of plain yoghurt 4 oz (100 gm) of soft cheese 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground salt peppercorn

Directions: Boil noodles in salted water until ready, drain.
Sautee chopped onion in butter avoiding discoloring. Add shredded spinach and go on frying for 2-3 minutes. Add yogurt, cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and simmer, stirring, over low heat, without boiling.
Combine noodles and the prepared vegetable sauce and serve immediately.
