Grate thinly sheep cheese, add butter, parmesan, cream and whisk until homogeneous.
Chop basil, put in the cheese mass, add nuts and stir well up.
Soak the mold with cold water, fill in with prepared mass and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Before serving, put the mold in hot water and remove the cheese on a platter. Season with fried nuts.
