1 pear
1 lemon juice
1/3 lb feta cheese and 2 tbsp grated parmesan
2 tbsp heavy cream
5 pitted black olives and 5 pitted green olives
1 chili
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp nuts
2 tbsp walnut butter
black pepper, salt to taste
Directions:
Remove pear seeds, cut pear into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and 4 tbsp of water.

Break feta, mix with cream, parmesan, add chopped olives and chili, salt.

Blend basil with nuts and walnut butter, salt, pepper.

Arrange pear slices on plates, pour with basil sauce, put feta mass aside. Top with nuts and basil leaves.
