Remove pear seeds, cut pear into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and 4 tbsp of water.
Break feta, mix with cream, parmesan, add chopped olives and chili, salt.
Blend basil with nuts and walnut butter, salt, pepper.
Arrange pear slices on plates, pour with basil sauce, put feta mass aside. Top with nuts and basil leaves.
