Make toasts.
Halve apples and discard the core, cave some pulp and brush the caving with oil. Bake in the oven at 300 °F (150-170 °C).
Dice cheese. Arrange baked apples over toasts, fill the caves with cheese, and repeat baking for 2-3 minutes.
If prefered, pepper while garnishing.
