Products Needed:
1 lb (450 gm) spaghetti 4 tbsp walnuts, chopped 2 oz (50 gm) mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 2/3 lb (300 gm) sour cream greens salt ground pepper

Directions: Boil spaghetti in mush salted water until soft, watch it wouldn’t be overcooked. Drain the water.
Sautee shredded onion and chopped garlic in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped nuts and sautee over low heat for 3 minutes. Add chopped greens, sour cream, salt and pepper. Poach carefully, avoid boiling.
Put the prepared spaghetti on a warm platter, cover with the sauce and serve immediately.
