Take broccoli floters and soft stalks, slice.
Chop onion and fry in margarine. Add stock, milk, broccoli, salt and cook over law heat for 15 minutes.
Cut bacon into cubes and fry until cracklings, take the cracklings apart and fry greens in excuded grease.
Mash brocoli and onion with liquid, add leek rings, grated cheese and cook through until cheese melts.
Serve the soup with cracklings and parsley.
