Products Needed:
1/3 lb (175 gm) mushrooms 1 dessert apples 2/3 cup of plain yoghurt or sour cream 1-2 tsp of curry paste salt ground pepper leaves white cabbage leaves lemon slices for garnish 1 tbsp of mango chatni

Directions: Mix to taste sour cream or yogurt and curry paste. Add drained chatni, salt, pepper, peeled and sliced apple, mushrooms and mix well.
Keep in cool place for 30 minutes before serving.
