Boil macaroni in much salted water al dente. Drain the water, add 3 tablespoons of butter and stir up. Let stay in warm place.
To make sauce, mix chopped basil, vegetable oil and chopped garlic and nuts in a kitchen processor. Going on mixing, add 3 tablespoon grated cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and pepper.
Put the sauce over the hot macaroni, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
