Cut the pork into 4 portion pieces, salt, pepper and fry in butter for 2 minutes each side. Fry mushrooms slices and onions rings in the remaining butter for 5 minutes.
Scald tomatoes, peel, cut into circles and fry fast.
Put pork pieces in heatfroof mold, put onion and mushrooms on each meat piece, scatter over tomato circles and cheese slices, season with pepper and paprika.
Bake over 480°F for 5 minutes.
Garnish prepared medallions with cooked brocolli and potatoes, season with thyme.
