Products Needed:
1/2 lb large macaroni tubes (cannelonis) 1 1/3 lb forcemeat 1/4 lb cheese 1/2 cup cream 1 onion 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp parsley greens, chopped salt ground pepper nutmeg

Directions: Chop onion, fry until golden, add ground meat and fry until soft. Add some water, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stew, leaving the meat still juicy enough.
Boil cannelonis in a large amount of salted water al dente, drain the water and cut the macaronis into 2-3 parts. Fill the prepared tubes with the meat mass and place them vertically in a greased baking pan, side by side.
In a small bowl mix cream with grated cheese (reserve some cheese for sprinkling), pour the mixture over the tubes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes over 400F, covered with a foil. Then remove the foil. Sprinkle with the reserved cheese and bake for additional 15 minutes.
Transfer the tubes on plates, top with greens and serve.
