Pare apples, cut into narrow stripes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut dates into narrow stripes and mix with apples. Working one at a time, make a cross-wise incision onto figs surface and open wide by pressing the fig with your thumb and forefinger fore and aft.
Soak marzipan in liquor until soften, and mix with yogurt.
Arrange apples and dates onto plates, top with fig filled with the mix of yogurt with marzipan.
Garnish with almonds.
