Products Needed:
8 cannelloni 1/2 lb (225 gm) vegetable mix, frozen 2 tsp of chopped greens 4 tomatoeses, coarse 1/4 lb (100 gm) cheese vegetable oil salt

Directions: Put a half of a teaspoon butter in salted boiling water, plunge cannelloni and boil for 4-5 minutes until soft. Remove the ready tubes from the water and dry.
Simmer vegetables in a little water for 10 minutes. Add greens and pepper. Fill the tubes with the vegetables and put them in a shallow ovenproof platter. Space cut tomatoes over. Bake in an oven over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving, place in preheated grill or in oven and bake until light brown.
