6 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
a dash of vanillin or
1/2 vanilla pod
1 1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
Decoration:
1 lemon
2 tbsp. orange liqueur
1 tbsp. sugar
mint leaves
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 302 °F (150 °С), put 4 molds. Caramelize 3 tablespoons of sugar, heating it up on the empty frying pan until golden and spoon it into each form.

Cut vanilla pod, scoop out the pulp, mix it with milk, cook through, then cool.

Whisk eggs with egg yolks and the remaining sugar, trickling lemon juice, then, stirring, pour in milk. Spoon the mixture into molds, place them on baking sheet with hot water and bake for an hour at 150 °С.

Peel lemon, slice thinly, cover with liquor, sprinkle with sugar.

Cool the flan, spread between dessert plates. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
