Pound 4 tablespoons of oil with cottage cheese, sugar, cinnamon and egg yolks until smooth. Add semolina mixed with baking powder and raisins, fold in egg whites.
Put the mixture in the oiled form. Top with pared and sliced apples, arrange them atop of cottage cheese, sprinkle with fine slices of the remaining butter. Cover the form with a foil, put in an unheated oven, increase heat to 428 °F (220 °С) and bake 50-60 minutes.
