Combine flour with baking powder and salt, add cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, softened butter or margarine, knead dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Peel oranges and break into segments.
Roll the dough out, fold in four and roll out. Repeat this process twice, then roll dough 1/5-inch thin, cut out 12 circles and place them into oiled molds. Fork the dough, brush with whipped egg yolk, top with orange segments and bake 15 minutes at 392 °F (200 °С).
Smear tarts with warm fruit jelly and cool.
