Dissolve yeast with a dollop of warm milk, mix with flour and salt. Knead the dough and leave in warm place for 1-1,5 hour for rising.
Cook down apricot jam with sugar until thickens and cool.
Roll out the dough, brush with melted butter and cut into triangles. Put prepared stuffing in the center of each triangle and turn into pipes.
Bake cookies in oven for 10-15 minutes, over 375-390°F.
Season baked cookies with powdered sugar.
