Aerate flour, mix with yeast, water and salt, knead the dough.
Leave the dough in warm place for 1,5-2 hours. Then knead the dough and divide into pieces over 3 oz each and roll them out.
Brush the flat cakes with butter, fold in 5-6 times,cut into rectangles, turn into rolls, put them vertically, press, shaping flat cake. Fry them in butter both sides.
When serving, season the fyasyali with powdered sugar.
