Whisk butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foams, and mix with whipped eggs. Mix in breadcrumbs and flour and, stirring constantly, trickle milk. Add the remaining products listed for the dough.
Place the dough in the greased mold and bake 40 minutes at 356 °F (180 °С).
For the syrup, boil a cup of water with sugar and honey and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and cognac. Spoon over with warm syrup, cool and transfer onto a dessert dish.
