Cut pared and cored apples into thin segments.
Roll the dough into rectangular to fit the half of the baking sheet size, put it on the wet baking sheet. Arrange apples atop, sprinkle with sugar and bake about 35 minutes at 356 °F (180 °C).
Take pie out of the oven, spread butter slices onto it in regular intervals and let them thaw. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Smear apples with jam and cool.
