1.3 lb. apricots
4 eggs
5 oz. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
6 oz. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. starch
5 oz. wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 oz. ground almonds
2 tbsp. breadcrubms
4 oz. apricot confiture
lemon balm
4 tbsp. apricot liqueur
3 tbsp. parched almond flakes
Directions:
Halve apricots and discard pits. Whisk egg yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, add liquor and butter. Whisk egg whites with sugar into foam and mix in starch. Combine 1/3 of the egg whites with egg yolks, add flour, baking powder, ground nuts and well mix. Fold in the remaining egg white mix.

Put the dough in the greased and dusted with crackers form, arrange apricots halves onto it and bake 45-50 minutes at 374 °F (190 °C). Smear pie with the mix of comfiture with liquor, garnish with almonds, apricots slices and lemon balm, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
