Pour warm milk in a mixing bowl, dissolve salt, sugar and yeast. Add egg and flour and knead homogeneous dough. At the end of kneading add 3 tablespoons of melted margarine and knead well. Let the dough sit in warm place for leavening.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll them out flat 2 inches thick. On one crust put nut stuffing: chop nuts, mix with ½ tablespoon of sugar, 1 egg, vanilla sugar and flavoring.
On the second crust put fruit stuffing: dice candied fruits, sultana, add an egg and mix well.
On the third crust put poppy stuffing: sweat poppy seeds in 1/3 cup of water, drain, mix with an egg and sugar.
Roll up each crust, cut into pieces, put them in greased baking pan side by side, cut size down, and let sit in warm place for 15 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes over 450 F. Brush the pie surface with remained margarine after baking.
