For the dough, combine margarine, sour cream, salt and flour; halve the dough.
For the filling, grate cheese and combine with an egg and crushed garlic. In greased a pan, place a half of the dough. Spread the dough onto the pan, working and pressing it with hands. Arrange the filling onto it, and cover with cake of the remaining dough. Brush with an egg. Put in the preheated oven for about half an hour.
