4 wheat bread slices 4 hard cheese slices (about 1 oz each) 1/2 lb shrimps, cooked and frozen 2 tomatoeses 1 onion 4 spinach lettuce leaves 5 tbsp cream 2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp curcuma black pepper, ground | Directions: Shell the shrimps. Chop onion and tomatoes, fry in oil, add the shrimps, cream, salt, pepper, curcuma, heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Toast the bread, put the shrimp mass on the toasts, top with shredded lettuce leafs or spinach, cover with cheese slice. Bake in the oven over 420F, until the cheese melts. Serve immediately. |
