Products Needed:
1 brisket young chicken 3 tbsp. grated cheese 1/2 cup breadcrubms 2 tbsp. wheat flour 1 egg white spring onion salt, ground black pepper

Directions: Whisk egg white with salt. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, flour and red pepper.
Rinse and cut brisket into portion size pieces. Smear with egg white and dredge in breadcrumbs. Bake in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °С) oven for 35 minutes until golden.
Whet serving, sprinkle with cut green onions.
