1 pumpkin (about 2 lb)
1/2 lb fresh cheese or brynza
1 lb ground mutton
4 potatoes
1/2 cup lowfat cream or milk
2 eggs
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch of parsley greens or dill
1 pinch nutmeg, ground
6 tbsp. wheat flour
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
black pepper, ground
Directions:
Peel and slice the pumpkin. Cut the potato into circles. Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and set aside for 20 minutes, then drain the oozed liquid. Cover the vegetable slices with flour and fry in preheated oil on both sides.

Chop onion, sautee in oil, add ground meat and sautee the mass, stirring, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and stir up.

In a greased baing pan put half of the fried vegetables, then put meat mix, cover with 4 tbsp of grated cheese. Then put the remaining vegetables and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Whisk eggs together with cream, add slat and chopped greens and pour over the vegetables.

Bake in the oven over 400F for 40 minutes.
